In a VUCA world (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) and more recently BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear and Incomprehensible), we are constantly running against time, suffering FoMo (Fear of Missing Out), seeing machines occupy places and positions typically human.

At Avaxty, we see changes as an opportunity, with an optimistic outlook. We crafted the MANCHINE (man + machine) learning concept, integrating the best of human/machine relation, through three complementary experiences: HI-THINK, HI-TECH and HI-TOUCH.

At Avaxty, we believe human skills are what make us unique and singular, what differ our intelligence from machines. They can be seen in the figure of a disruptor, a person who uses the right combination of those skills to challenge and modify the status quo.

Using the human skills matrix developed by MIT as a reference and starting point, we arrived at 24 skills distributed in four categories: Thinking, Interacting, Self-Managing and Leading.

Our immersive experiences rely on a blend of technological tools such as Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Metaverse, in addition to the combined use of multi-screens (laptops, tablets and cell phones). Everything to ensure greater engagement, knowledge retention and real-life applicability.
