The participants´ journey starts with a "save the date" invitation by AVA, our AI virtual assistant, followed by some pre experience activities such as TEDTalks, assessments, articles and videos related with the challenge.

For the delivering of the immersive training we have made a very special guest list with executives, business people and entrepreneurs from a diverse backgrounds, work experiences and academic acumens.

the identified problem

For the purpose of this use case, we chose a topic that is very current and common to multiple professionals - how to enhance our performance with the use of GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) in our work routines.

the right set of skills

Through the application of our Mandala of Synapses containing the 24 human skills of the MIT matrix, we selected 3 essential skills to collaborate in solving the problem: Critical Thinking, Creativity and Communication. With this in mind, we were ready to apply our MANCHINE learning methodology as follows.

With a combination of content curation, audiovisual and multimedia material and AI-generated content, we carry out the HI-THINK stage with in-depth discussions and powerful insights into human skills applied to the proposed challenge.

the practice takes control

Participants were invited to solve cases, make decisions and perform role-plays. To do this, they used multiscreen resources, accessed generative AIs, explored virtual environments such as Avaxverse, using virtual reality and augmented reality, being able to experience different possibilities in the phygital world.


the hi-touch experience

the best of human side

In the final Hi-touch stage, we promote a conversation about the meaning and purpose of the immersion carried out, its applicability in their work routines and post-experience transformation. It is at this stage that we also guide participants on the exclusive DISRUPTOR action plan, where its preparation, definition of KPIs and metrics can count on the support of AVA, our virtual assistant equipped with AI.
