With a strong academic foundation (Business Administration from PUC-Campinas, postgrad in Marketing from CIM London, and Executive MBA from Insper) + exec courses at Wharton, Harvard, Darden and Thunderbird, Adriano brings almost 30 years of experience to the table. He honed his skills in Marketing, CRM, and Planning at global companies like Nestlé, HP, and Itaú Unibanco. His subsequent 15 years as a consultant, leading local and global projects, with boutique BMI (Blue Management Institute), Ynner Training and Development and People+Strategy, saw him working with industry leaders like Bradesco, Santander, Claro, Vivo, Cielo, Bayer, Astrazeneca, Syngenta, and many more.
The post-pandemic world ignited a drive to create something new. Witnessing the evolving workplace, Adriano saw a crucial need for immersive training focused on human skills.
