Lísia Prado is a psychologist graduated from Universidade São Marcos, with an MBA from FGV in Marketing and Coach from ICI. She is a professor at FIA/USP and Saint Paul Business School. She has more than 20 years of experience in Strategic People Development programs, Diagnosis of organizational climate and business culture. She likes to know why and how. She is always looking for new methodologies to find answers to crises and team disagreements. She also specializes in team mapping, potential assessment and succession plan design. Training in Action Learning®, Feedforword®, Behavioral Finance and Designer Thinking methodologies. Currently completing her Masters in Career Succession and Transition at FIA/USP. She is partner of House of Feelings consultancy.
